The main changes are a few more IXP updates including an overview of the 
South Asian IXP community from Guarab. This is a followup to his 
presentation in Istanbul a couple of years ago.
The Euro-IX presentation is now in the afternoon slot.

AMS-IX share some bugs that are clearly vendor specific and related to
IPv6. They also encountered an issue that required some (apparently not
too clear) configuration changes for Cisco routers.

 - New survey on how people configure peering!
 - Featuring technical questions on what protocols and features are used
 - No questions on facilities, IXs, or policies
