Hi all,
Here is the current draft agenda for the RIPE EIX Working Group meeting at
RIPE 53.
Based on feedback from the initial CFP, we will use a format whereby we
take the more substantive items early in the agenda, and move the
"reporting" items toward the end of the session. Thereby if we run out of
time, the reporting presentations can simply be noted by the chair, and
uploaded to the Working Group area of RIPE website.

I think that's all the agenda items I've been sent. If I appear to have
forgotten something you have submitted, please send me a reminder :).
Final Call for presentations and other agenda items:
----------------------------------------------------
We often get last minute "agenda swell" at EIX, which frequently results in
us overrunning our allocated slot.
This time, I want to try and avoid this last minute "rush" for agenda
slots, so please, if you wish to make a presentation, let either myself, or
one of my fellow co-chairs know, as soon as possible.
Once the allotted time for the agenda has been used up, it will not be
possible to submit further items. Looking at the meeting plan as it stands,
we would probably have to overlap undesirably with other working groups if
we need extra time.
So please, asap with any additional items.
I plan to publish the final agenda *this Friday* with timings.
Thanks,
Mike
