Stockholm - at a time and room location to be announced.

Please send additional agenda items and requests for IXP presentation slots
to me asap. I would expect that with the new format we will only have one
slot available.

Presentations should be prepared in advance so that they can be uploaded to
both the ROSIE server and the local laptop to ensure a rapid turnaround of
presenters.
