RE: Interim Policy proposal for IPv6 Address Assignment Policy for Internet Exchange Points

As I recall from Prague, we discussed that exchange point operators who
need v6 space for their member services can request a sub-TLA just like
any other network operator. Outside the scope of actually providing
physical points of inter-operator exchange, exchange points are no
different than any other service provider and should not be treated
differently.

I am still in favor of this approach and fail to identify operational
difficulties with it.
