No, but if the two address spaces were contiguous it could form one
allocation. You are presumably arguing that two separate allocations
would be more suitable.
i was trying to point out that it is irrelevant to the discussion.
Steve Walker seems to have just asked for the same thing as I was.

If that's so, we seem to be getting a consensus between London-based IXPs...
