As pointed out earlier, the draft does intend to try to settle any
kind of already defined framesworks. It just a very raw draft from
which somethibng good and useful may come out. For this reason I am
most happy to receive any kinds of comments. Im still contemplating
the response from John Curran and is preparing an answer but my
intesive meeting schedule has delayed that process somewhat.
