[dp-tf] Draft Agenda DP-TF meeting and Privacy statement

Hereby a draft agenda for our meeting on Monday 7 May in Talinn.

In addition I send the delayed first draft of the RIPE NCC Privacy
statement. At our meeting we can discuss this statement but of course we
can already start discussing the document.

Please let me know if you can be present at the meeting, and if not
please send your input to the document or to an agenda item so we can
take this into account.

	- Interim process (restricted access and review of NRTM list)
