Jochem, all,

thanks for update. My flight is in the morning of Monday 7th and I'm
expected to land in Tallin at 17.50, so I can't attend the meeting Monday
morning. Due family duties, it's impossible for me to travel on Sunday.

I propose the TF itself to choose the chair at the first meeting. FYI, I
still have some slots in my busy time, so I could serve.
