while this is helpful to avoid layer 9 issues, associating 'stealth'
with certainly colored helicopters and such, it doesn't make obvious
the fact that the server is not listed in the NS RRSet.

In theory the MNAME should be the root of the XFR dependency graph, not
necessarily accessible from the outside.
