A simple whois shows that this machine has been registered in the
".com" nameservers (NOT the root nameservers) by the registrar Network
Solutions.
If you are a customer of Network Solutions, follow their procedures
for changing that.
If you used a reseller of Network Solutions, follow the procedures of
the reseller.
