[dns-wg] nameserve in root servers

Dear all
	I got one of my nameservers registered as an ip address in the root
servers. I have since changed provider. The problem is that this IP is
still stuck in the root servers. I am not sure how to go about this as
most servers are being referenced to my old ip address for dns.
