lots of discussion and argument around this application of the "reserved codes"
list, let's not rehash that here.

Those codes came from a list of the UPU (see www.upu.int and the 'post' TLD ...)
and are also on the ISO3166 "reserved" list, see also

The list of reserved code points is officially only available from the ISO
3166/MA via email:
