Anyone on this list is welcome to discuss anything that's DNS-related
here. However my personal preference would be for discussions about
IETF drafts to take place on the relevant IETF mailing lists. That's
really where those discussions should go. IMO it would be OK to make
an announcement about a draft so that this list's membership could
read that draft. And possibly comment on it on the relevant IETF
mailing list.

That being said, if people want to discuss Ohta's draft here, fine.
