[dns-wg] Agenda DNS wg at RIPE 46, take two

Second version of the agenda.

Things which very late in the process still have "unknown" on them will be removed.

I have the last three days (suddenly) got volunteers for slots. Maybe because people are back from vacation.

But, we still need more people. Keep on sending me requests!
