It was already posted on this list.
I am not a member of the list ipv6-wg@localhost where I presume the message in that case was sent. Note that I have been explicitly cc:ed on all messages in this thread as I was part of the meeting which David described in his first message. So, yes, I could have looked in the archive, but, I am obviously too lazy. Sorry for that... ;-)
