  I don't want to assess the technical merits of any decisions taken at
  the DNS-WG, however I'm worried about the organizational merits of any
  decisions that were taken in WG meetings that had to compete against
  the Routing-WG and the RIPE-81++ discussions.
  
  I for my part did certainly not feel having quorum in the DB-WG, and
  thus no decisions were taken this time. I'm also going to state this is
  my minutes...
