This is a great step forward as now only the addresses that belong to
ISP's, and thus who are more likely to actually understand english are
listed. Thus there might now be a bit more chance that, when you still
try to, report abuse to one of those ISP's that you will get a response
with an even slighter chance of actually getting it fixed. But now it is
at least a bit more than before.
