Hi Friends

 

People using proxies on IRC is getting out of hand.  On the Undernet as example,  proxy users can abuse a chat channel; be properly banned  and then return with their real hostmasks...

 

I realize that the above statement is very general, however if any people who are channel operators on any IRC  chat network have been experiencing problems with proxies, is there any solutions that the membership can offer?
