Version 2.0.4 of the RIPE Database Software.

Dear Colleagues,

Version 2.0.4 of the interface software for the RIPE database is now
available at ftp://ftp.rip.net/ripe/dbase/software/ripe-dbase-2.0.4.tar.gz .

This new version has the following changes:

enparse.pl and enread.pl have been improved to fix the problem of
empty attribute lines;

whoisd.pl has been changed to give clearer error messages for the
"-s" and "-k" options;

src/Makefile has been improved in a few minor ways.
