Draft agenda: Database-WG at RIPE 20

  The following is the first attempt at a draft agenda for the DB-WG.
  
  Seems like there is no really "big" issue for this meeting and we even
  may end up spending less time in parallel sessions. 

  Apologies if I missed something obvious, it's quite busy here at our end :-)
