3rd draft agenda for DB-WG in Lisbon

  This is the 3 version of the draft agenda for the DB-WG meeting.
  There has again been a slight rearrangement (thanks for the feedback!).
  
  As I'm out of office the week before the meeting -
  could the NCC please either forward this version to the RIPE-community
  at large or include/attach it to the RIPE-19 agenda? I'm not sure
  whether it's a good idea to send it to the full RIPE-List (only?).
  
  Any input still welcome! 
  I expect to have access to the net the week before the meeting.
