inetnum object change

Hello,
I am
SSI7-RIPE, AS-8797 mnt-by, wish to change inetnum:    212.28.64.0
- 212.28.95.255 fields.
Problem is that previous admins
admin-c:      RAR4-RIPE
tech-c:       OVM5-RIPE
are retired and I have no contacts with them.
This inetnum mnt-by RIPE NCC.
Please change mnt-by to AS8797-MNT, so I can update inetnum fields to
correct ones.
Please send responce to this address or lg@localhost, as stated in AS8797
contacts.
