Some day, you might want to check for violations of the latter rule.
There are probably quite a few of them.

Reality is slightly different.  EARLY-REGISTRATION is also assigned to
preexisting objects after the ARIN object has been replaced by a
reference to RIPE.  This is not documented in the ERX proposal, and
that's why asked for more documentation.

Ah, lucky LIRs. Good to hear. So the EARLY-REGISTRATION status
actually a *very* good thing. 8-)
