Deleting an OLD Person entry

Is there a way to delete obsolete person entries from the DB ?

The first entry ( nic-hdl:      MSA17-RIPE ) 
was created when I was doing a consulting project a couple years ago..

The new one has been created today, question is, how can I remove the old
one..
