[ca-tf] Prototype Certification System Available

Dear Task Force Members,

According to today's milestone of the certification project, we invite you to 
start testing our prototype certificate services. You'll find all the necessary 
information (documentation, software packages, essential bits) at the 
certificate server's homepage:

  http://ca-trial.ripe.net/

We ask you to direct all certification related communication (technical 
questions, subscribing to service, requests for certificates, etc.) to this 
mailing list. We will make sure they reach the appropriate staff members inside 
RIPE NCC.
