[ca-tf] Next steps & Write-up of the CA-TF kick-off meeting

Dear all,

attached you will find the write-up of the CA-TF kick-off meeting of
last week.

As discussed, we will group areas and facilitate the discussion of these
areas (one-by-one) on the mailing list.

I would like to propose a tentative date for an additional Task Force
meeting, to enable the Task Force to meet face tot face and get feedback
on the items to be addressed during Ripe 54 in May.

The proposed date is Tuesday 17 April.
