Dear Colleagues,
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I am Andrew de la Haye,
Chief Operations Officer at the RIPE NCC. I am the new senior manager
at the RIPE NCC responsible for the Registration Services and Customer
Services departments.
I will take up the role of main contact for the CA-TF (Certification
Task Force). Paul Rendek will support me. Henk Uijterwaal will focus
on internal developments, most importantly the development of a
prototype certification system.
In order to get the CA-TF started, we would like to invite you for a
one day workshop at Schiphol airport late January or early February.
Possible dates are:
- Tuesday 23 January
- Tuesday 30 January
- Tuesday 13 February
Please let us know your preferred dates. We will schedule the workshop
such that most of you can fly to Amsterdam in the morning and return
the same evening. As this is a workshop organized by the RIPE NCC, we
will pay for airfare and, if necessary, a hotel. Goals for this
workshop are:
* Discuss and define the workplan of the CA-TF.
* Align the schedules of the CA-TF and the internal RIPE NCC
project team.
* Defining success factors & key requirements and processes of
the members that need to be supported by RIPE NCC.
* Discuss requirements and schedule for the delivery of a
prototype system by the RIPE NCC to the CA-TF.
Please let us know if you have any other topics that you would
like to discuss during this workshop.
