Similar things have been discussed many times, but, as yet,
nobody has put together a concrete proposal for submission
to the RIPE PDP.  Ideas discussed anywhere, good or bad,
will never even have a chance of becoming policy unless they
are submitted as same.

At the moment we will be discussing the WG charter as well as a
number of issues relating to spam (and possibly more general
network abuse), however there are no specific presentations nor
policy proposals.

If you wish to be allocated some time at the meeting in Berlin
then please contact me off-list.

There is always time for discussion, however without a concrete
proposal many, many things get lost in the noise.
