Do you have any customers yourself? Do you know how often customers get
turned into spam relays, with the additional priviledge of relaying
through you? I'm sure I'm not the only ISP with customers running the
most secure PHP scripts filling up mail pipes. So yes, my customers are
treated like everyone else on the net. If you spam, we block you until
you fix it.

That's their choice to make. Just as it is your choice to not invest in
50 euro/month to run a decent mailserver that can be held accountable.
