For this could be interesting smtptrapd, its a a program wich used as 
daemon in 25 port provide RFC2821 compliant SMTP service that always 
returns a 4xx soft error to the RCPT TO verb

Its no a black hole in port 25 but a way recollect mail in  secondary MX.
