I have a number of downstream customers that are willing to pay money for 
off-the-shelf hardware/software that will be able to control "outgoing" 
spam (smtp and http).  I have not yet been able to find any solution for 
controlling outgoing spam.  There is no central mail server or proxy in 
their setup.  Just a router and PCs strung off the router.

Any ideas or pointers?
