For your information, the LIR-WG is the public and open to all (not just our
members) working group where policy for the RIPE NCC is debated/set. You can
subscribe freely using the link from:

http://www.ripe.net/ripe/wg/lir/index.html

Like Nick says, if you do propose to change the structure and purpose of the
RIPE NCC, the LIR-WG is the more correct place to discuss this.
