[anti-spam-wg@localhost] Anti-spam URLs

Hello everyone,

is someone aware of any anti-spam lists that I can use and are approved by
RIPE?
For the moment I am using some URLs from the following link,

http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm

but I am not sure if this is the best thing to do.
