I kept that list purposely short so that we could try and find some kind
of common understanding.  :-S I think that we all agree that people
shouldn't be hosting child pornography, there just seems to be a problem
with the definition.

I can think of two options (there may be more):  Either have a general
clause that is specific to the country where the pictures are hosted (e.g.
no pictures of under 18s in the UK), or if that's too complicated then go
for the lowest common demoninator for the region that the AUP applies to.
