Let alone I don't see DNS SEC become ubiquitous for years to come, these are 
only measures to bring spammers out in the open.  After you have got them in the 
open, you still need to deal with them.  The only way to deal with them is to 
hit them where it hurts: their wallet.  And we need the proper laws to do that.

I actually don't *want* to deal with them.  I don't want to receive spam at all, 
I want to give my explicit permission to receive commercial email, I don't want 
to receive unsollicited commercial mail.

I don't see why I should pay for something I did not ask for and then should pay 
(either in money or time) to get rid of it.

Opt-in will put the burden of sending out commercial bulk email where it should 
be: at the sender.
