Multi-lingual open-relay message

Hi,

I was at the recent meeting of the Anti-spam WG and it was mentioned that 
there was a multi-lingual message that you could send to foreign operators of 
open relays to warn them of their problem.  Does anyone have a copy of this 
they can forward to the list?
