Wrong. Our business customers run their own mailservers and blast the mail out
themselves. dito for our Unix dialups - MTAs usually are configured to send
mail directly, which is perfectly legitimate according to the RFCs.

This is the wrong way to block spam.

The idea to block dialups is spreading, though, and other people might start
such a list or contribute.
