I have no responsibility in any network

Hello

I sometimes receive messages like :
  "I am bringing to your attention the following spam, ..."

but I have no responsibility in the network of my workplace.
Apparently, people get my e-mail address from you.

What can I do in order to not receive such messages ?
(I simply drop them into the wastebasket.)

I'm not a subscriber of this list, if you could tell me what
to do, please send the answer to my email address.
