UUNET UK dialup mail servers were added to the MAPS RBL at one point, and
we had to take remedial action which "sledgehammered" in procedures for
our global roaming customers ahead of a more robust, integrated plan to
handle the issue of dialup mail access around the world for customers.

We've always had a very good working relationship with Paul Vixie, and
that didn't stop us from being added to it! Hardly favouritism!
