How to filter mail rely domains on a Ntescape Mail Server running on NT

Please, anyone who knows how to restrict mail rely domains on Netscape Mail
Server 2.0 running on NT, help me out with some tips.

one of my servers were used as a spamm rely server for a couple times and I
would like to stop that.

Any help is welcome :o)
