Michael and all,

  Is this suppose to be surprising?  After all isn't this the attitude
of what "Authoritative" is supposed to be?  Aren't all RIR's always
right, and therefore omnipotent?  How could anyone DARE
question even in the slightest way, on any issue, or response to
a question, unless they were irreverent, irresponsible, disrespectful,
disruptive, or even insane?  >:)
