Organization: IDNS and Spokesman for INEGroup
Max and all,
It's already a black market. The real question is will their
also be a clear market as well? I venture a guess that
the answer is unknown and unpredictable but will be based
upon price and sustained demand. What's clear to me
is that the ASO and it's RIR's have failed to responsibly
manage address space.
