What about inetnum holders whose contact details are wrong?  How do you
handle delegation for the reverse zone?

Such a mass assignment is only practical if name servers on magic
addresses are used for delegating the reverse zone, IMHO.  And if you
tie it to AS numbers, you don't need any additional documentation
whatsoever.  But this is something for the IETF to consider, I guess.
