I support this process and feel that it would significantly help keep
records up to date when LIRs consolidate, and in other circumstances,
which is a good aim - good work Nigel and Remco.
However, I think that the NCC hostmasters should be given an input -
they should be allowed to delay the transfer to a new LIR if they
have concerns about assignment policies of the old LIR have not been
accurately followed, or the new LIR has not paid their service fee
account up to date. I don't have a suggested wording revision at
this stage.
