[address-policy-wg] Sub-Allocations for ALLOCATED UNSPECIFIED blocks

Hi WG,

 

We need to register sub-allocations to different entities within our company from address blocks that have the ALLOCATED UNSPECIFIED status.

This is curently not allowed and I would like to ask whether this could be changed.

Of course there are plenty of ASSIGNED PIs withing these blocks, so there is no chance to migrate the blocks to ALLOCATED PA.
