Why does this proposal say it's for DNS only? I guess other anycast protocols aren't important enough?

Sorry. I got all confused with the IPv6 PI proposal (which is 200*6*-01).
However, my primary comment still stands :-) - if we end up having IPv6 PI,
we can do away with most of the special-case IPv6 policies.
