	your welcome.  and unless you have verifiable information
	to the contrary, i (for one) would appreciate it if
	you would be more precise regarding address allocation/delegation
	and stewardship.  To my understanding, addresses are NOT
	property and can not be owned.  
	I will be pleased to be reliably informed otherwise.  Please
	educate me here.
