Typically the *end customers* get hacked, and I want to inform the *ISP*.
Different point of contact (which is why the irt: object could be quite
useful, if only more ISPs used it).
Talking to the end customers of a different ISP is usually moot anyway
("Who are you? What are you talking about?").
