Hello Marco,
I don't have access to that list so could you relay my comments
that current and accurate contact info should be required and
that lack thereof should be possible grounds for de-allocation,
depeering, disconnection, etc. Many of the most abusive spam
gangs use completely fraudulent and broken contact info.
