Dear all,
I have read the proposal carefully and to my best ability I have found 
the RIPE document to be identical to the proposed policy change.
Please state as soon as possible if there are objections to this policy.

As soon as the 27th February deadline has passed the porposal will go 
into last call and be judged for consensus.
When RIPE has accepted this policy as the last of the 5 regions it will 
be forwarded to the ICANN Address Council to become global policy.
